Recently, the supercritical carbon dioxide power generation equipment project, which is jointly built by the Hebei Hengshui high tech Zone and the Chinese Academy of science and technology, has made a major scientific and technological breakthrough. The R & D team has successfully developed the first and the world's largest megawatt supercritical carbon dioxide compressor.
In July 2017, the Hengshui high tech Zone and the Institute of thermal physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Both sides decided to set up a Hengshui scientific and technological innovation test platform in Hengshui, build a pilot base for R & D in Hengshui, and set up the transformation base for the transfer of scientific and technological achievements of the advanced energy power equipment of the central branch of Hengshui, and the industrialization of the R & D achievements. The project will focus on the development of supercritical carbon dioxide power generation equipment, which will encourage the high-tech zones to lay the first domestic and international leading position in the field of new energy technology innovation.
After seven months of hard work, the first and the world's largest MW supercritical carbon dioxide compressor was successfully developed by Hengshui high tech Zone and the Institute of engineering thermal physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. It was completed and assembled in the gas turbine branch of China Aircraft hair Shenyang Liming Aero Engine Co., Ltd. and was successfully held in February 7th. The delivery ceremony.
Supercritical carbon dioxide power generation system is a new type of power equipment developed at home and abroad.
